Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Yes. For your convenience, we ship mixed orders in one parcel once the custom piece is ready.
Unfortunately, we begin processing immediately. Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

♻️ Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for non-personalized items in original, unworn condition with tags and packaging intact.
Personalized and custom jewellery is final sale and non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect, in which case we’ll replace or refund the item at no cost.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe return.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
