Ready-made jewelry: Ships in 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Custom/personalized items: Crafted within 7–14 business days.

Mixed orders: Shipped together once the custom item is ready.

Orders are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

🔁 How to Return

Email support@a2k.london with your order number and reason.

Ship the item (with tracking) to the address we provide via email.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of return approval.

 

ℹ️ Additional Notes

A 10% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

International returns must follow the same policy.
