International orders may incur customs fees (customer’s responsibility).

Delays due to carrier issues or customs are beyond our control.

Processing Time:

Ready-made jewelry: Processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

Custom/personalized jewelry: Takes 7-14 business days to craft.

Mixed orders (ready-made + custom jewelry): Shipped together in one parcel once the custom piece is complete.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Return & Refund Policy

Cancellations

Orders are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days for non-personalized items in original condition (unworn, with tags/packaging).

❌ Personalized/custom items are final sale (except for defects—we’ll replace at no cost).

How to Return

Email support@a2k.london with your order number.

Ship the item to our return address (provided via email).

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (tracking recommended).

Refunds are processed within 14 days after inspection.

Important Notes

Restocking fee: 10% for non-defective returns.

Refunds exclude original shipping costs.

International returns: Must comply with the above policy.
